- ACAMS Conference Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund to the 5th Annual ACAMS European Anti-Money Laundering Conference, you must con-tact Member Services via email, mail or fax by October 24th, 2008 . If you cancel your registration between 25 October, and 31 October, 2008, you will be issued a full refund minus a €195 administrative fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received on or after 1 November, 2008. No refunds or credits will be issued to “no shows.”
Registrants who are unable to attend the 5th Annual ACAMS European Anti-Money Laundering Conference may have a substitute person attend at no additional charge. Simply email us at info@acams.org to add the individual’s name to our attendee list. As a courtesy, we ask that any name changes be made at least five (5) business days prior to the conference.
- Onsite Name Badge Replacement
There will be a €50 charge for each name badge replacement made onsite at the conference.
- Visa Letter Information or Letter of Invitation
If you require a visa to attend this conference, we can provide an invitation letter to present at the embassy after you have paid your registration fee. However, we cannot take responsibility for arranging your visa, nor can we be held responsible if the embassy refuses your application.
