HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms at Hotel Okura Amsterdam has been reserved at a specially discounted group rate for this conference. The last day to reserve rooms at the discounted group rate is 1 May 2012, or until the room block is sold out. Due to high demand for rooms, we recommend that you book your room reservation as early as possible.

FEES AND PAYMENT POLICY

The standard fee for attending the conference is outlined in the pricing section of this website. This price includes breakfasts, lunches and refreshments, as well as presentation materials (available only in PDF electronic format). You may submit payment with your registration or request to be invoiced. Payment is due within 30 days of registering. If registering within 30 days of the conference, payment is due immediately. If registering with an early bird discounted rate, or any special rates, payment must be submitted by the discount expiration date. If payment has not been received prior to the event, a credit card guarantee will be required to attend the conference.

CONFERENCE MATERIALS
Paid attendees will receive a link to the online conference materials one (1) week before the event. Please note that materials will be available online only. If you would like hard copies to reference during the sessions, we suggest that you download and print the presentations prior to the conference. Updated conference materials will also be available online after the conference.

CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION
Certificates will be emailed two (2) weeks after the conference (in PDF electronic format).

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
ACAMS members will automatically receive up to 20 CAMS credits for attending this event. Additional continuing education credits may also be available from outside organizations. Please contact your accrediting body directly for instructions on submitting an application. ACAMS is not responsible for securing non-CAMS credits on behalf of conference attendees.

CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Business casual attire is appropriate for all sessions and receptions. Hotel meeting room temperatures are difficult to regulate and tend to be on the cooler side. It's a good idea to bring a jacket or sweater.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you have special dietary requirements, please stop by the Registration Desk at your earliest convenience. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
GUEST POLICY
If you wish to invite a guest to a cocktail reception, the cost is €50. Please see the cashier at the Registration Desk to make your payment and pick up a name badge for your guest.

SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
After you’ve registered, if you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, you must inform us by fax or email. Cancellations received up to 13 April 2012 will receive a full refund minus a €250 administration fee. Cancellations received from 14 April to 11 May 2012 will be issued a credit voucher, minus a €250 administration fee, to be used toward next year’s conference. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 11 May 2012.
If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send a substitute in your place. Please note, if you transfer a less expensive registration to a more expensive registration, you will be charged the difference in price. Substitutions for registered attendees must be submitted by fax or email.
If for any reason ACAMS cancels or reschedules the conference, it does not accept responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. Program is subject to change.

VISA LETTER/LETTER OF INVITATION
If you require a visa to attend the conference, once you have registered and paid in full, we will be happy to issue a letter of invitation for you to present at the embassy. However, we cannot take responsibility for arranging your visa, nor are we responsible for interceding should the embassy refuse your application. If you require a letter of invitation, please submit your request via fax, email or mail.
