Rates and Reservations
Attendees must arrange their own hotel accommodations. The conference registration price does not include hotel costs.

Individuals must complete the hotel’s housing form to receive the special group rate.

A block of rooms at the Corinthia Towers Hotel has been reserved at the following group rates:

Superior Single Room Occupancy:
€ 99 per room/per night

Superior Double Room Occupancy:
€ 108 per room/per night

Deluxe Single Room Occupancy:
€ 121 per room/per night

Deluxe Double room occupancy:
€ 130 per room/per night

Executive Single Room Occupancy:
€ 138 per room/per night

Executive Double Room Occupancy:
€ 147 per room/per night

Triple Room Supplement:
€ 40 on double room occupancy per room/per night

The above rates include buffet breakfast and exclude 9% VAT (applicable tax is subject to change).

Additional Information

Check-in time is from 2 PM. Checkout time is 12 PM. Early check-in & late checkout upon request (subject to availability).
All bedrooms reservations can be cancelled without penalty until 15.10.2008. In case of cancellation, from 16.10.2008 until 7 days prior to arrival, the Hotel holds the rights to charge the individuals the first night of the stay.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-show, the Hotel holds the right to charge the individuals full length of the stay as reserved as cancellation fees.
All the reservation for the guests without credit cards or with not valid credit card details or incorrect credit card details will not be confirmed by the Hotel.
Please further more be advised that your reservation will be held overnight and is guaranteed for late arrival. We cannot guarantee availability for reservations made later than 29.10.2008. Reservations then only can be confirmed upon availability. Availability and rates can not be guaranteed in case the contracted roomblock is filled earlier than 29.10.2008.
Once your reservation is processed, a confirmation will be sent to you at the contact numbers provided above within 24 hours.
